Gelatin Recipe

Fruity Gelatin

2 cups Fruit Juice (your choice), divided 1Tbsp. Unflavored Gelatin 1Tbsp. Lemon Juice 1Tbsp. Orange Juice Concentrate   Stir gelatin and 1 cup of fruit juice together to soften for a few minutes, then heat to almost a boil until gelatin crystal are dissolved. Add re- maining ingredients, stir. Chill for 4-6 hours.

Pineapple Orange Fruit Dessert

1 cup Water 1Tbsp. Unflavored gelatin 3 Tbsp. Honey or Sugar 2Tbsp. Orange Juice Concentrate 1 cup Pineapple juice (canned) 1 cup Canned pineapple chunks or Tidbits 2 Oranges, peeled 7 diced or 1 can mandarin oranges, drained 1 Banana, sliced   Stir water and gelatin together cold and let sit for five minutes. Then bring to near boil, stirring. Remove from heat. Add honey or sugar, orange juice concentrate, pineapple juice, chill until con- sistence of syrup, then add oranges and sliced banana. Cool in fridge for several hours. Lime Health Salad
1/2 cup Water
1T. Unflavored gelatin
1 cup White grape juice concentrate
1/4 cup Fresh lime juice
1 cup Cabbage, finely chopped
1/4 cup Carrots, finely shredded  
Stir water and gelatin together and let sit for five minutes to soften. Add grape juice concen- trate, lime juice, then bring to near boil, while stirring. Remove from heat and chill for 1 hour. Add cabbage, carrots, and peppers. Fold togeth- er and chill for four hours, serve. Easy No-Bake Cheese Cake
1/2 cup Water
1T. Unflavored gelatin
2 cups Cottage cheese
11/2 cups Non-fat dry milk
1/2 cup Sugar
1/8t. Salt
1/2t. Vanilla
Stir water and gelatin together and let sit for five minutes to soften. Bring to near boil and re- move from heat. In a blender pour cottage cheese, dry milk, sugar, salt, vanilla, and water/ gelatin mix. Blend until all ingredients are pu- reed. Add lemon juice, blend again until well blended. Pour mixture into 9” graham cracker crust. Chill for 4 hours, serve. No Sugar Added Finger Gelatin
1/2 cup Grape, apple, or pear juice
Concentrate
3 Tbsp. Unflavored gelatin
1 cup Cold grape or other fruit juice muesli. Chill for 4 hour and serve.
Yogurt Parfait 1/3 cup Milk 1T. Unflavored gelatin 1 cup Cottage cheese 11/2 cups Yogurt 3T. Honey   Stir milk and gelatin together and let sit for 5 minutes to soften. Gradually heat while stirring until it almost boils. Remove from heat. In a blender add cottage cheese, yogurt, honey, and the milk/gelatin mix. Blend until mixture is lique- fied Pour in layers over fresh fruit, nuts, and/or Stir juice concentrate and gelatin together. Let sit for several minutes to soften. Then heat to near boil while stirring. Then add fruit juice, stir, and pour into 9x13 pan. Chill for 4-6 hours. Cut into squares and serve. Children's Fruity Gems Assist your child while they mix together dry in- gredients first.:   1/2 cup Sugar 4Tbsp. Unflavored Gelatin Pinch Salt 21/2 cups Fruit Juice  
  1. Mix dry ingredients well
  2. Add 1 cup juice to the dry ingredients and slowly bring to near boil. Stir well to dissolve all gelatin and sugar.
  3. Remove from heat and add the other 11/2 cups juice.
  4. Chill for 4-6 hours. Cut into shapes with cookie cutters.
