1 cup shortening
¼ cup honey
1 cup brown sugar
1 egg
½ cup wheat germ
1 cup peanut butter chips
½ cup Pollyanna flour
1 tsp. baking soda
2½ cups rolled oats
1 tsp. Vanilla
Directions
½ cup chopped nuts ½ cup whole wheat flour Cream shortening, sugar, honey, egg and vanilla. Add wheat germ, flours and baking soda; mix well. Stir in oats, nuts, and baking chips. Bake at 350ºF. for 10 minutes on greased baking sheet.
