Strawberry Oat Pudding

¾ cup milk  1 cup strawberries ¼ cup honey  1 cup quick oatmeal 1 cup whipping cream ½ tsp. arrowroot powder or cornstarch Directions Put all ingredients in a blender except whipping cream and liquefy. Pour into a double boiler and stir over medium heat until thick. Place in the refrigerator. Beat whipping cream until fluffy; fold into pudding. Serve chilled.
