1 cup Water
1Tbsp. Unflavored gelatin
3 Tbsp. Honey or Sugar
2Tbsp. Orange Juice Concentrate 1 cup Pineapple juice (canned)
1 cup Canned pineapple chunks or Tidbits
2 Oranges, peeled 7 diced or 1 can
mandarin oranges, drained
1 Banana, sliced
Directions
Stir water and gelatin together cold and let sit for five minutes. Then bring to near boil, stirring. Remove from heat. Add honey or sugar, orange juice concentrate, pineapple juice, chill until consistence of syrup, then add oranges and sliced banana. Cool in fridge for several hours.
